How long is it safe to store liquid in the hip flask?

We recommend storing liquid inside the hipflask for no longer than 12 hours. Wash before first use.

How much can the flask hold?

Our cooper hipflasks can hold 6 fluid ounces, or approx. 180 ml.

How soon will I get my order?

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before noon on the same day, and any orders placed after noon the following working day. Please allow up to three working days during busy periods such as Christmas or sales events.

What if I don't like it?

If you are unhappy with your product, we accept all unused returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Please request a returns via our returns page. Please ensure the product remains unused and is returned with all original tags and packaging.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you can return your order within 30 days of the delivery date.

Returns

Items must be:

  • Unused
  • In their original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process either a refund or exchange, depending on your preference.

Return Costs
  • If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, the return postage cost is the buyer’s responsibility.
  • If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return costs.
Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the item has been received and checked.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, simply let us know when arranging your return and we’ll organise the replacement for you.

If you need help with a return, please contact us before sending your item back so we can provide the correct return instructions.

Sale and Clearance Items

Items on sale or clearance are excluded from our 30 days returns policy. Your statutory rights are not affected and you are still able to return the item for a full refund within 14 days.
