Questions related to submitting orders and shipping.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We process orders quickly, so changes may not be possible once your order has been picked, packed, or dispatched.
Orders may have been dispatched before your tracking number is available, so you may be unable to cancel even if you have not received a tracking number or a dispatch confirmation email.
How will I know my order has been placed successfully?
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please check your junk or spam folder if it does not arrive shortly after checkout.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch all orders placd before noon on the same day. Any placed after noon or at the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day.
Standard delivery usually takes 2-3 days and express delivery is usually next day.
Occasionally we may take slightly longer to dispatch your order, this will be during very busy periods such as sales events or the Christmas period.
Estimated delivery times are shown at the checkout before paying for your order.
How much does delivery cost?
We aim to deliver your order quickly and reliably using trusted UK carriers.
Standard Delivery
- £4.95 for orders under £90
- FREE on orders £90 and over
Standard orders are typically delivered within 2–4 working days.
Express Delivery
- £7.95
- Usually delivered within 1–2 working days
Carriers
Most orders are delivered by Royal Mail.
For larger or higher-value orders we may use DPD to ensure a secure and fully tracked delivery.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 12pm (Mon–Fri) are usually dispatched the same day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking details.
Will I receive tracking information?
We send all of our orders via tracked services. As soon as your order is updated as dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking information. If you do not receive this email, please check your junk folder. Alternatively, you can view your dispatch status and tracking information in your account.
What should I do if my order has not arrived?
Please check your tracking information first. If your order appears delayed or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact our customer service team and we will look into it for you.
Can I collect my order?
I'm afraid that we do not currently offer a click and collect service.

Do you offer credit accounts?
No, we do not offer credit accounts on our retail sales. However, you can get externded payment terms with Shop Installments, PayPal Pay Later, PayPal Pay in 3 or Klarna payment methods.
Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you can return your order within 30 days of the delivery date.
Returns
Items must be:
- Unused
- In their original condition
- Returned with all original packaging
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process either a refund or exchange, depending on your preference.
Return Costs
- If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, the return postage cost is the buyer’s responsibility.
- If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return costs.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the item has been received and checked.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, simply let us know when arranging your return and we’ll organise the replacement for you.
If you need help with a return, please contact us before sending your item back so we can provide the correct return instructions.
Sale and Clearance Items
Items on sale or clearance are excluded from our 30 days returns policy. Your statutory rights are not affected and you are still able to return the item for a full refund within 14 days.
Are any items excluded from returns?
Some items may be excluded from returns for hygiene or other reasons, such as underwear, grooming products. These items will be marked as "no returns" on the product page.
Any product on sale is also excluded from our 30 day returns policy, your statutory rights are not affected.

The item I want is out of stock. Will it come back?
If the item is still on our website, but is out of stock then there is replacement stock on it's way, or planned. If the product has been removed from our website them I'm afraid it is end of line and will not come back into stock.
Do product colours look exactly the same in person?
We aim to display colours as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, lighting, and device.
How should I care for my purchases?
We offer product specific care guides on each product page, and you can also find this on the swing tag or label of the product.
How do I know what size to order?
If a product is available in multiple sizes, we offer a handy size guide on the product page. Please check this before placing your order. Alternatively, please feel free to get in touch with our team.
