We aim to deliver your order quickly and reliably using trusted UK carriers.

Standard Delivery
  • £4.95 for orders under £90
  • FREE on orders £90 and over

Standard orders are typically delivered within 2–4 working days.

Express Delivery
  • £7.95
  • Usually delivered within 1–2 working days
Carriers

Most orders are delivered by Royal Mail.
For larger or higher-value orders we may use DPD to ensure a secure and fully tracked delivery.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 12pm (Mon–Fri) are usually dispatched the same day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking details.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you can return your order within 30 days of the delivery date.

Returns

Items must be:

  • Unused
  • In their original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process either a refund or exchange, depending on your preference.

Return Costs
  • If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, the return postage cost is the buyer’s responsibility.
  • If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return costs.
Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the item has been received and checked.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, simply let us know when arranging your return and we’ll organise the replacement for you.

If you need help with a return, please contact us before sending your item back so we can provide the correct return instructions.

Sale and Clearance Items

Items on sale or clearance are excluded from our 30 days returns policy. Your statutory rights are not affected and you are still able to return the item for a full refund within 14 days.
